WHAT IS IT?

It involves using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks to create sounds that stimulate the body's natural healing process. The sounds are thought to promote the release of endorphins, improve blood flow, and reduce inflammation in the body, leading to a sense of relaxation and calm.
